I started out hating movies because my grandparents showed me Godzilla when I was much younger, and it scared me to death. But now I love movies, including Godzilla, and would love more than anything to have a career in filmmaking!

The biggest contributor to my sustained love of filmmaking has to be Triton Television. I joined as an intern freshman year and have experienced so much joy and exhaustion from being on the sets of so many films. I have had the opportunity to increase my technical prowess in a number of different fields including sound, lighting, and cinematography, the last of which I consider to be my specialty.

But I take the most joy in the number of wonderful friends I have made through Triton Television. A mixture of shared passions for film and on-set trauma bonding have led me to so many kind and creative individuals, and I hope to nourish Triton Television for the many new members and friendships to come.

Good movies/shows: Harakiri, No Country for Old Men, The Princess Bride, The Big Lebowski, Smiling Friends, Bojack Horseman
